Payments and reservations

The modes of payment are available at the checkout stage, being possible to pay with credit card, Paypal (debit card, credit card and bank transfer).

We do not book items before payment is received. We recommend that orders be paid as soon as possible. In case of one or more items sold out, the value of the items sold out will be refunded.

Price policy

All prices are in EuroVAT (where applicable) is included at the legal rate in force. Information on currencies other than Euro has a purely indicative character. THE NAcloset reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.

The prices and conditions of the Online Store are valid only for purchases made online, and do not apply to other sales made outside the same. The photos and images from the Online Store may not reflect their original size, illustrating the model of the pieces.

In order to complete your order successfully, certain personal data such as your e-mail address, name, address and telephone number will be required.
When making an online purchase, the Client declares to accept the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products contemplated in this transaction. In the absence of product availability, the NAcloset undertakes to inform the Client and to reimburse him in the amount paid within about 10 (ten) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.

O NAcloset undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Buyer / Customer, simply indicating the respective address on the order form.

The Buyer assumes all risks of deterioration, damage and / or loss of the products from the moment they have been made available to them at the time of delivery.

A NAcloset sends the products to the address registered at Checkout by the customer. Special cases of online ordering and collection in a physical store, must be previously agreed between the NAcloset and the Customer.

Average delivery times

A NAcloset offers a wide range of articles, some of which can be sent free of charge and others require payment for Express shipping. 

Express delivery times vary depending on the carrier the Customer chooses at checkout, in cases where such a choice is presented. 

In cases where the customer places an order simultaneously containing products with Express shipping availability and Free shipping, at checkout only the carriers and Express costs will be visible. In these situations, the Customer will receive at least two separate packages with different delivery times. In some cases, the customer will need to place separate orders.

Average Express Delivery Times:

  • Delivery in 24/48 hours with delivery in 2 to 5 business days (Europe).
  • Shipping in 24 / 72 hours with delivery from 3 to 10 working days (Other countries).
  • Some products have free express shipping (only available to countries in EuroPan).

Average delivery times:

Average delivery times for goods depend on the transport option chosen at checkout, the location of the customer and the location where we have the goods stored. Whenever possible the NAcloset offers free deliveries in standard model, which on average can vary between 10 to 30 working days. If the customer can opt for express delivery (eg SEUR, GLS, TNT, DHL, etc.) the average period varies between 48 hours to 7 working days after processing the order. 

Given the variation in express delivery prices, depending on the quantity of products ordered, geographic shipping location and destination, we recommend prior contact to nacloset.info @ gmail.com for confirmation of prices, especially for orders of large volume, large weight or large number of products.

Products can be shipped from a central warehouse located in Spain or from warehouses in Asia (Free Shipping products), UK, USA and Angola, depending on the products and stocks. There may be extra customs fees payable, according to the country's legislation in force, which are borne by the buyer.

In most cases, these customs fees are due for customers in countries of the union eurofor Free Shipping products, and express products do not require this payment as they are shipped from the Union Europeia or USA.

Upon receipt of your order, we perform Quality Control checks to ensure product quality before shipping. Processing time varies depending on the specific product with an average processing time of 1 to 5 business days.

In exceptional cases of stock NAcloset will immediately contact the customer to find alternative or return the payment made.  

A NAcloset is not responsible for any delays in deliveries due to the activity of the carriers.

Transportation costs

The transportation costs indicated in the checkout are estimates of value in general correct. In situations where, due to quantities, types of products and delivery locations, there may be some deviation, the NAcloset will immediately contact the customer for any adjustments that may be necessary. 

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

A NAcloset is not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please inform your carrier. If the carrier or postal services did not contact you to make a delivery despite the order having reached its destination, you should contact the respective entity.


After placing an order the customer will receive proof of the same via E-mail. You can also receive the same notification via SMS (if you choose to request the same at checkout) as well as other digital communication channels implemented in the system.

If the customer includes his mobile phone number, he may also receive notifications via SMS about his order, namely the tracking number. 

The tracking number of the order “Tracking number” is typically updated after 24 to 72 hours, a period that depends on the information systems of the carriers. Upon receipt of this number, the Buyer must wait for this period before checking the status or contacting the Seller.

Shipping Company

In cases where the customer has several delivery options at checkout, he must choose the preferred one. In some special cases the NAcloset reserves the right to change the option taken by the customer when, for example, it is found that the chosen carrier is temporarily unavailable, or does not support the sending of some classes of products to the desired address.

Incorrect Liability Disclaimer

A NAcloset is not responsible for non-delivery of products, when the data entered in the form by the Buyer are not correct or have been omitted. In cases of return by incorrect, incomplete address or lack of pick-up at NAcloset You will not be able to refund or resubmit products.

Força Maior

A NAcloset is not responsible for non-delivery of products, in situations of force majeure namely but not limited to situations of calamities, wars, epidemics and pandemics, natural disasters.

In cases where for reasons of force majeure it is not possible to meet a deadline for delivery, the temporary suspension of that same period occurs.


In addition to online promotions, the NAcloset you can assign specific promotional conditions to your customers via promotional codes to use on specific orders.

Website Registration

Client registration on website NAcloset.com when available is optional and therefore no registration is required to place orders.

Cancellation of Orders by Customer

The customer can cancel orders online as long as the product shipping process has not yet started, typically starting within 1 business day after receiving it.


Any claim about the product received due to defect or inaccuracy must be made within a maximum period of 3 days to the E-mail address nacloset.info @ gmail.com, and after this deadline the NAcloset can not guarantee resolution. - Open box photography
-Photograph of the label applied by the carrier
-Photographs of damage / product

Return shipping costs are borne by the Purchaser and shipped to Spain or Luanda depending on the product in question. It is a necessary condition that the products are new, complete and in their original packaging.refunding the amount paid for the product or offering a credit within a maximum period of 30 days. A NAcloset reserves the right to cancel any order, exempt from liability for any damages or costs, including but not limited to the following situations: 

  • If the product is no longer available (payments will be returned).
  • If delivery of the products is not possible at the address provided.
  • If there is any error or suspected fraud.
  • If the billing information is not correct or verifiable. 
  • If we have indications that the consumer is not an end consumer. 
  • If we detect that the price indicated on the site is wrong. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

A NAcloset you can change the Terms and Conditions whenever you deem necessary and without prior notice reflecting Customer feedback, legislative changes, among others.
