The Atlético de Madrid, with an ‘bis’ of world champion Alex Baena, returned today to triumphs in the Spanish Football League at the expense of Seville (3-1), which was 100% victorious on the third day.

Nthe capital of the Andalucia region, Baena, which raised the world champion trophy with Spain in July, scored at four and 33 minutes, ultimately being decisive in the triumph of the Argentine team Diego Simeone, which came from a homemade draw with Villarreal (2-2).
In the middle, at 26 minutes, Nigerian Ademola Lookman also scored for the ‘colchoneros’, who made a first dominant part of the legendary Sánchez Pizjuán stadium.
Seville, which came from two victories, leaving the idea that this season will be able to return to the top places, after in recent times having struggled not to descend from division, still reduced by Miguel Sierra, at 66 minutes.
Atlético de Madrid, which again did not count on the Argentine advance Julián Alvarez, forcing the club to leave, reached seven points, while Seville kept the six.
Also today, and also with the ’touch’ of a world champion, the Royal Society celebrated the first victory in the La Liga before the Espanyol, by 2-1, in San Sebastián.
Mikel Oyarzabal did not score, but assisted in the goals of Barrenetxea, at four minutes, and the Icelandic Orri Oskarsson, at 61, in a match in which Gonçalo Guedes was released at 78.
Former Bracarense Roberto Fernández Jaén, at 45 minutes, scored the Barcelona team.
