Comedian Gary Owen confesses reasons that led him to betray his first wife and says he won’t repeat his unhappiness now that he’s married Brianna Johnson. “It’s not like that with my current wife.”

O A comedian and actor Gary Owen spoke openly about being unfaithful to his first wife, Kenya Duke. In recalling the previous marriage, the 52-year-old artist also told Vlad TV that he hopes to be “100% faithful” to his current companion, Brianna Johnson.
“The biggest difference between this marriage and my previous marriage is that we had no intimacy. We’ve had sex three times in the last six years of our marriage,” he said.
” Even before, we weren’t on the same page in bed. I’ll put it this way. It’s not like that with my current wife. I like being intimate with her. I like coming home. I told you: “Look, know that on the day you get home, you must be ready.” That’s how you keep a man,” added the actor who was part of the 2003 film “The Guard-Fraldas”.
But he didn’t stick around and go: “You’re a roommate if you don’t sleep with your spouse.” Gary Owen, however, made a point of mentioning that these words of his should not be interpreted as “criticisms to the ex-wife”.
“The feeling was mutual. We just didn’t feel attraction to each other. If we had, we would have slept together.”
Gary Owen also shared some details about his current marriage to Brianna Johnson, stressing that they “talk” about the intimacy of both. “If she’s not in the mood, you can’t just say, ‘No, I am not in the mood’. You have to say something like, “Look, I’m tired. I’m exhausted. I’ll be with you in the morning. I’ll be with you tomorrow. I promise’. That’s different. As a man, you think: “All right, I can wait. I can wait until tomorrow.”
” Women need to know that one cannot simply say ‘no’ without saying when it will happen again’, he said, commenting that, in his view, this makes men feel ‘guilty’.
Gary Owen and Kenya Duke, to remember, married in 2003 and divorced in 2021. The former couple has a son in common, Austin, and a daughter, Kennedy. Kenya Duke is still Emilio’s mother, who was born from a previous relationship.
The comedian’s marriage to Brianna Johnson took place at the beginning of the year, after having welcomed the twin children Royal and Rome in July 2023.
