Just two years ago in the automobile industry, Xiaomi has now taken a new step in its involvement with the creation of the new Sky Nomad sub-brand announced on Wednesday (July 8).

A Xiaomi extends its presence on the car market with a new sub-brand. Name’s Sky Nomad. and was announced this Wednesday (8 July).
According to Car News China, we already know which will be the first model: the N90, an SUV with extended autonomy electric motorization (EREV). It is expected to have a robust design, including headlights, with air intakes on the bumper or high hood between the elements to be highlighted.
Sky Nomad will be dedicated to more comfort-oriented vehicles – starting with this SUV with a battery of more than 70 kWh, capable of providing somewhere between 400 and 500 km of autonomy – or more than 1,500 km in the combined. The petrol engine in the system is a turbocharged 1.5 liters.
It’ll be a big car (he will measure 5.3 meters in length, 3.1 meters in distance between axes), with capacity for five or seven occupants depending on the configuration.
Little more is known about Xiami Sky Nomad and its N90, including the official launch date, potential prices or whether it will reach Europe – where technology aims to start selling officially next year. Remember that it didn’t reach the industry until 2024, starting with the berlina SU7. Since then, their models have won success in China and have even been record winners in the infamous Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit.
