Method of Use
Mixed Coating Method
Essential oils are diluted with lotion, cream, gel, tonic, body milk and other skin care products. After mixing, they are used for various purposes, taking full advantage of their functions. (This method is common and simple).
Inhalation Method
Prepare hot water, dripping essential oil from pure plant. Cover your head with a towel, inhaling the essence of aromatherapy released by hot steam for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse the surface of the remaining skin.
Bathing Method
Pour 8-10 drops of essential oil into the bath water, mix and dilute, then make our blood circulate for about 10 minutes.
Incense Burn Method
Pour distilled water into the aromatherapy table container until about eight full minutes and then heat up. The distilled water in alcohol on the aromatherapy table will slowly emit.
Spraying Method
- Relax and close your eyes.
- Spray on the top of your head and let the fog ring fall on your head.
- Wait until you smell it, then spray other parts like hair, face and neck.
Massage Method
Pure oil is used after dilution with base oil. When applying, do not spray the oil directly on the skin. After placing the oil in the palm of your hand, make the massage oil temperature close to that of the human body and then apply evenly to the skin.
