Utwo-year-old baby was found by a woman alone, on the street of San Isidro, Alicante, Spain, crying and calling for her parents. The boy will have escaped from day care.
Everything will have happened around 3 p.m. local, when a woman found the two-year-old walking alone on the street, crying and calling for her parents.
The woman, who was leaving for work, took the boy back to kindergarten, where the assistants would have been thrilled to see him, according to the local newspaper “Informacion”.
Later, the boy's father denounced what happened to the Guardian Civil, explaining that he received a message through the WhatsApp of the daycare center that day, asking the parents to go to the nursery to discuss a matter related to the child.
According to the local environment, the father believes that the child may have left kindergarten without the assistants noticing. However, in his complaint, the father points out that there is a contradiction between the daycare report and what really happened.
That is, the report says the child was asleep between 1:45 and 3 p.m. But according to the information from the woman who found the baby on the street, the child would have left kindergarten by then, since it was about when he found it.
After the message, the parents went to school, where they were reunited with the mayor of the city. They were not, however, informed of how the son could have left the premises, how long he had been away or who had found him on the street.
Later, the parents were able to talk to two assistants who told them that they were aware of the disappearance when they saw that the boy’s bed was empty and that they immediately went looking for him.
The complaint also shows that those responsible for the daycare center do not know if the door would be open or if the child could have opened it alone. The place doesn't have any internal security cameras either.
