A tokyo stock market closed today on negative ground, with Nikkei falling 0.05%, to 67,744.29 points.

Also the second indicator, Topix, ended to fall 0.34%, to 4,096.78 points.

The Nikkei index reflects the unweighted average of the 225 main Tokyo stock exchange values, while the Topix indicator groups the values of the 1,600 largest listed companies.
