O Hospital al-Aqsa in Deir al-Balah confirmed the identity of the 17-year-old, who was killed east of the refugee camp of al-Magasi, where he lived, according to the news agency EFE.

Meanwhile, Palestinian Red Crescent teams transported several wounded after an Israeli drone attack against a civilian group in Tel al-Hawa, south of Gaza City.

One of the victims was in serious condition, according to the organization.

The Israeli army did not answer questions from the EFE about the two attacks.

Previously, the al-Shifa Hospital and the Israeli military had already confirmed this morning the death of a Palestinian in a drone attack in the west of Gaza City, which also injured others.

The Israeli army told EFE that the victim was a “terrorist” and member of the Islamist Hamas group.

Reports of these attacks take place on the eve of the third anniversary of Hamas attacks on October 7, 2023 in southern Israel, which triggered the war in the Gaza Strip.

According to the Israeli press, the Israeli Defense Minister ordered the army today to raise the alert level and to remain prepared for “any possible scenario” in the Gaza Strip.

According to the Israeli press, the National Security Council today also warned of the high risk of terrorist attacks on Israelis and Jews abroad.

The warnings appear after a serious air incident on 30th, when FlyDubai's copilot attacked the commander of a flight to Tel Aviv with 180 Israelis on board, allegedly intending to take down the device.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned in recent days of the possibility of attacks on his country until the legislative elections on 27 October, which will decide its continuity in power.

The Gaza Strip war was triggered by Hamas-led attacks on 7 October 2023 in southern Israel, in which some 1,200 people died and 251 were taken hostage.

In retaliation, Israel launched a large-scale military operation in the enclave, which caused more than 74,000 deaths, according to local Hamas-controlled authorities, whose figures are considered reliable by the UN.

The Israeli offensive also caused a humanitarian disaster, the destruction of almost all the infrastructure in the territory and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of people.

The parties reached a cease-fire agreement in October last year, which allowed the release of the last hostages in exchange for hundreds of Palestinians arrested in Israeli jails.

Israel and Hamas are nevertheless accused of successive violations of the truce and have not yet closed an agreement for the next stages of the peace roadmap proposed by the United States.

The Palestinian authorities have recorded more than 1,400 deaths since the beginning of the truce as a result of Israeli attacks.
