These are prices for Portugal of updated electric Renault Scenic

New Renault Scenic E-Tech has arrived in Portugal. The 100% electric automobile is available with two batteries and two different levels of equipment.

Input, we have the techno version of the C-SUV with the iron-lithium phosphate battery 67 kWh, capable of providing up to 467 km of autonomy (WLTP) and charging from 15 to 80 percent in 24 minutes. The reduction is 25 percent compared to the previous generation.

Then there is a larger nickel-manganese-cobalt battery with compact architecture and 89 kWh capacity. Available in techno and esprit Alpine variants, allows a autonomy up to 642 km and can be recharged from 15 to 80 percent in 28 minutes.

The engine is always the same, having 220 hp of power.

Not only in the technical part is there news. Renault Scenic E-Tech has seven body colors available, joining the new Blue Acetinated Slate and Grey Exo Galaxy. There is a bright black finish now applied to bumpers front and back and new 19-inch rims.

When I got in the car

The car counts on new TEP fabric on front seats and a revised design since the techno input level, while the dashboard has carbon black finish with textured fabric that has ray-shaped pespoints. In Esprit Alpine, we find a metalized gradient effect between black and other shades inspired by the spectrum of light.

The Multi-Sense System (of driving modes) has been updated by adding the new Smart mode which alternates between Eco, Comfort and Sport according to the practice of driving – thus optimizing the operation at each moment. The driver's attention monitoring becomes part of the serial equipment, Safety Score and Safety Coach have been updated and the openR link system has Google integrated.

In the technological department, it is important to highlight the voice wizard with artificial intelligence Google Gemini as an alternative to Google Assistant (which may not be activated, being a user choice). The wireless charger of ventilated smartphones is also in the new Scenic E-Tech.

As a serial, the driver can rely on intelligent adaptive cruise control, while the active driver assist is optional in a pack. Both equipments were updated. There is a new multiple target function, which monitors several vehicles simultaneously, as well as a more responsive temporary manual decentralization function and emergency stop assist capable of locking the vehicle to full stop.

When does it arrive and how much does it cost?

The renovated Renault Scenic E-Tech is now available for order in Portugal. Prices start at EUR 42,290, but they can exceed 50,000 euros depending on the level of equipment.
