The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) today confirmed the change in the shareholder structure of the Amadora Star, with Moreirense and Estoril Praia to be the other clubs of the I Liga with changes in the transparency report.

ANDm 2025/26, the club had 10% of the Anónima Desportiva Society (SAD) of the ‘tricolores’, while 90% belonged to Adventure Domain, which alienated 80% before this season to Pastel Bidco, a consortium of which are part of some players or former players, such as Thomas Müller, Mats Hummels, Yann Sommer and Lucas Hernández.
In August, Amadora’s Star had announced that it had been “completed the process of selling 90% of SAD’s share capital by an international consortium led by ADvantage and LEAD, with the support of the KI Group.”.
In Estoril Praia, in 2025/26, 92.27% of SAD was owned by Globalon Football Holdin Group, with the same percentage now appearing on behalf of Pitville Three Limited, a consortium with links to the Globalon group.
Also according to the document available on FPF's official website, Moreirense had slight changes in the shareholder structure, with the club increasing 2.8% of the share capital, reaching 12.8%, although the largest shareholder is the Black Knigh Football Club UK, which holds 66.67%, with a natural person to have 19.85%.
Among the 18 clubs of the Portuguese I Liga, Académico de Viseu, Estrela da Amadora, Estoril Praia, Famalicão, Alverca, Moreirense, Rio Ave and Santa Clara have majority shares of foreign investors.
Arouca, Gil Vicente and Casa Pia are still Unipersonal Sports Society by Quotas (SDUQ), with the other clubs having majority stakes in their respective SAD, although Sporting Braga (Qatar Sports Investment), Sporting (Holdimo) and Vitória de Guimarães (V Sports) already have foreign shareholders.
FC Porto, Benfica, Maritime and National maintain the majority of the capital in the club, without the presence of foreign investors.
