Nleague B, Northern Ireland preserved the command of Group B2, with eight points, despite equality in reception to Georgia (0,0), last, with two.
With Tamás Szucs of the Famalicão, in the second part, Hungary isolated itself in the vice-leadership and reached seven points by defeating Ukraine (2-1), third, with four, which had Anatoliy Trubin of Benfica full-time on the goal and acted as host in Slovakia due to the invasion of Russia.
Sweden cemented the top of the ‘poule’ B4 and takes 10 points, after a success in Romania (1-0), against which Samuel Dahl of Benfica was released near the end, with Romanian Tony Strata of the Vitória de Guimarães, to stay in the bank.
The game was decided by Viktor Gyökeres, former forward of Sporting, who rose to seven the record of successive matches to be scored in the competition.
The Swedes kept the Romanians without points and continued undefeated, like Bosnia-Herzegovina, second with eight, following the home victory over Poland (1-0), third with four.
Nail Omerović, from Estoril Praia, did not play in the Bosnians, but Jan Bednarek and Jakub Kiwior, both of the Portuguese champion FC Porto, acted at first by the Poles and the ‘dragon’ Oskar Pietuszewski entered the final line.
In League C, Montenegro broke its full of victories in welcoming Armenia (0-0), without compromising the leadership of Group C2, with 10 points, six above its opponent, third and now the three of Cyprus, second.
The islanders beat home to Latvia (2-1), red lantern, with one point, worth a goal in time of compensation of Marcus Edwards, born in England and former advance of Vitória de Guimarães and Sporting.
