According to the medical examiner’s statement that was made available to People magazine, the girl died early on September 29 at 1:14 a.m. in a local hospital.
The girl's grandfather has also publicly manifested himself. “Down in peace, dear Fiona,” said Chuck Lowe, the father of actor Chad Lowe, in a publication he made on his Instagram page.
