Cristiano Ronaldo speaks to Messi: “So many years defending your country...”
It should be noted that Cristiano Ronaldo reacted to Lionel Messi’s farewell in a comment he made to the Argentine player’s publication, when he spoke on the social network about his farewell and thanked “the clubs in which he played, all the teammates and coaches he had, along with the technical teams”.
“Leo, so many years defending your country and a story that will remain forever. All my respect for what you achieved with Argentina. A hug”, wrote Cristiano Ronaldo, who at this moment is the face of a polemic for the decision he made by suddenly abandoning the stage of the selection of Portugal because of a disagreement with coach Jorge Jesus.
