Dand according to information released by the Association ModaLisboa, in this edition, the programming takes place again mostly in the Patio da Galé, also extending to places such as the MUDE – Museum of Design, the Museum of the Real Treasury, the Moldo Studios and the National Society of Fine Arts.

The first International Fashion Conference, promoted by CENIT – Textile Intelligence Center, opens the 67th FashionLisboa, on Wednesday, in MAAT Central Building – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology.

At this free entry conference, “leaders of opinion from various geographies will discuss authorship, European policies, technological challenges and commitment to future generations”.

The official calendar of the presentation of collections begins on Thursday, at MUDE, with Béhen, by Joana Duarte, and AD HOC, a collaborative project between the Portuguese designer Constance Entrudo and French artist Marie Hazard, presented this year for the first time, in New York, at the invitation of Studio2M.

On Friday, the presentations begin at the Patio da Galé, with a new edition of the New Blood contest, aimed at graduate students of Fashion Design, national and international schools, and young ‘designers’ in early career, the Spanish fashion brand author Adolfo Domínguez, Ariana Orrico, who will present the work developed during a creative residence at Burel Factory, awarded under the New Blood, and Francisca Nabinho.

After that, Carlos Gil presents a parade that “projects itself from the interior of the MUDE to Rua Augusta, a joint initiative of Lisbon Fashion Week and the Museum, within the partnership between the two institutions”.

“ By occupying this emblematic pedestrian artery, the parade materializes the purpose of the Lisbon City Council to bring the design of all people closer and make culture accessible to all. In line with this vision, shared by both institutions, there will be places open to the public, available through compulsory registration from today”, according to the organization of ModaLisboa.

The performances continue later at the Court of Gala with Mestre Studio, ANDES, Roselyn Silva, Gonçalo Peixoto, Kolovrat and Nuno Baltazar.

On Sunday, the presentations focus on the Patio da Galé, beginning with the premiere in the passerelle of the ‘hairstylist’ Helena Vaz Pereira, with a collection in which “the hair ceases to be only a complement of the image to assume the main role”, and continuing with Barbara Anastásio, Çal Pfungst, DuarteHajime, Ana Duarte, Luís Onofre, Valentine Lent, 2B, from the singer Barbara Bandeira, and Dino Alves.

These three moments take place in MUDE on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the conversation on the first day and the ‘workshops’ in the last two.

“ Through the look of the photographer Cátia Castel-Branco, a new stage began in 2020, when the continuity of this productive heritage became the starting point to rethink its expression in the present ", reads in the presentation text.
