The Moldovan government today denounced a violation of airspace on Wednesday afternoon during the latest attack launched by Russia against Ukraine.

Dand according to the government of Chissinau, it was a device that has not yet been identified and that flew over the country for about a minute before moving towards the Ukrainian province of Odessa.
Moldova’s Ministry of Defense indicated that the “unauthorised flight in national airspace” was detected early last night in the vicinity of Pervomaisk.
“The device left the national airspace heading for Limanske in Odessa,” the government added.
Meanwhile, Moldova's Air Operations Service has stated that it continues to monitor the country's airspace in coordination with the competent authorities.
Incidents of this kind are recurrent because of the war in Ukraine.
On Wednesday, Russian attacks killed 28 people in Ukraine.
Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014, annexing the Crimean Peninsula and eastern territories of the country having launched a large-scale military offensive against the entire Ukrainian territory in February 2022.
