Crushing Moor: “Thebes? You only have excuses if it’s a clinical case”

Jthis Saturday, the president of La Liga, Javier Thebas, who had compared Real Madrid's style of communication to the Nazi regime. In a press conference, in anticipation of the duel with Sevilla, the Portuguese coach even said that such comparison “is only excused” in “case of clinical case”.

“You know what I think. I ask you not to talk about this, because there are limits and you have entered a field where you only have an excuse if you are facing a clinical case. Otherwise, there is no justification or excuse. I don’t want to go there...”, he started by saying Mourinho.

“ I think that Real Madrid fans are increasingly aware of what they are facing and, as I said earlier, even because of the enormous prestige Spanish football has abroad, it is better to try to keep this issue here, without going beyond borders”, shot the Portuguese coach of Real Madrid.

It is thus in sight another episode in the ‘new’ that settled in Spain. Javier Tebas and Real Madrid exchanged splinters on Friday, and the Merengue club assumed a position of total distancing from the president of La Liga.

In a statement, the emblem presided by Florentino Pérez considered “absolutely intolerable and of extraordinary gravity that two people who hold positions of maximum responsibility in Spanish football resort to a comparison with the propaganda methods of the Nazi regime to discredit our club, its direction and its television”.

“ The caveat that does not refer to the Nazi ideology does not attenuate the deeply offensive, morally repugnant and institutionally unworthy character of their statements ", say the merengues.
