Spanish international footballer Pedro Rodríguez, world champion in 2010, finished his career at the age of 39, announced today the advanced veteran, who was also noted at FC Barcelona and represented the Italians of Lazio at the time.

“ Si know it's the right time. The moment to take this step and start a new stage in my life”, said Pedro Rodríguez, who represented four clubs for nearly 20 years: FC Barcelona (2008-2025), Chelsea (2015-2020), Rome (2020-2021) and Lazio (2021-2026).
In addition to the titles in the 2010 World Cup and European 2012 won in the Spanish national team – for which it has 65 internationalizations and 17 goals – Pedro Rodríguez became Spain's five-time champion and raised three Champions League trophies, all as a Barcelona player, with a title as a champion of England and the Europa League in Chelsea.
