The fibers come from vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, beans and seeds.”

2- You're not sleeping enough

“Sleeping badly can affect appetite regulation and make you feel more hungry during the day. It can also make foods rich in more tempting calories. If you usually sleep a few hours, you may end up resorting to snacks more often, even when your body does not need a lot of extra food.”

“Sugar drinks, sweets, cookies, cakes and other foods rich in highly refined carbohydrates can provide energy without maintaining the feeling of satiety for a long time.”

5- Stress and emotional feeding

“Stress can influence appetite. The body releases hormones like cortisol during stress and this can contribute to increased hunger in some people. Anxiety can also lead to eating as a way to cope with difficult emotions.”

6- Eat little for the type of activity you have

“ If you have recently started exercising, increased your daily activity or significantly reduced food intake, your body may actually need more energy. Athletes, people who perform physically demanding jobs and those who follow restrictive diets may feel more hungry when energy intake does not meet their needs.”

7- Health problem

“ Persistent or intense hunger may sometimes be related to a medical condition. Diabetes is an important possibility. When glucose cannot enter the cells due to problems with insulin, the body may signal an increase in hunger. Excessive thirst, frequent urination, tiredness, blurred vision or unexplained weight loss along with hunger.”
