A Live Nation announced this Thursday an extra date for the passage of U2 in Portugal. The Irish band will return to the stage of the Luz Stadium in Lisbon on 28 May 2027 – the day after the first concert.
“ EXTRA ADDITIONAL DATE: Due to the enormous demand, the U2 will give a SECOND and last concert at Estádio da Luz, in Lisbon, in May, integrated in the World Tour The Greatest Show On Earth ", announced the promoter.
Tickets to the general public will be on sale by tomorrow, November 6th, starting at 10:00.
The pre-sale of tickets for the concert on May 27th started this Wednesday and exhausted all available tickets. Prices range from around EUR 100 to EUR 500.
The Irish band U2 will return to Lisbon in May next year for a concert at the Luz Stadium. The concert, which takes place under the World Tour “The Greatest Show on Earth”, is scheduled for May 27.
The new U2 world tour starts in Mexico in February, with a series of concerts already sold out, then moving to São Paulo, Brazil, where the performances in March also have no tickets available.
The European stage of the tour begins in Sweden on 26 April in Stockholm, then passing through countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and France, as well as Portugal.
