Netflix released the new Ben Affleck film, “Animal Instinct”, which has already become the most seen in 79 countries. The film, which is also directed and written by Affleck, has been available since Friday.

A Netflix received at the end of last week the latest film by Ben Affleck, who is not only the protagonist but also the director, producer and screenwriter. It is called “Animal Instinct” and is available since Friday, October 9.
Since Netflix only updates its views tables weekly, it is not yet possible to have official information about the performance of “Animal Instinct”. However site Flixpatrol already allows us to realize that Netflix has one more success on hand.
According to the website, “Animal Instinct” is already the most viewed movie of the service in 79 of the 94 countries where Netflix is present. In the case of Portugal, “Animal Instinct” automatically entered the first position of the most viewed films of the service and so on, guessing that more people do so throughout this week.
Despite the high number of views, “Animal Instinct” has not done well in online reviews either. On the platform Rotten Tomatoes, for example, the evaluation of specialized criticism is 35%, while the public gives it 41%.

Besides Ben Affleck (“Gone Girl”, “Argo”), in the cast we have Kerry Washington ("The Six Triple Eight", "Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery"), Gillian Anderson (“The Crown”, “The X-Files”), Steven Yeun (Beef, Minari), Adriana Paz (“Emily Pérez”, “Spectre”), Luis Gerardo Méndez (“Club de Cuervos”, “Murder Mystery”), Ray Fisher (Zack Snyder’s Justice League, “The Piano Lesson”), Mark Kassen (“Puncture”, “PH-1”) and Christopher Woodley “Our Son”, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”).
The film is a Netflix production in collaboration with Artists Equity Studio, founded by Affleck and Matt Damon, with the two also serving as producers.
