A balance may be kept that will not be necessary here. It's called a 7 cup cake and that's exactly what you're gonna need, seven glasses of the most varied ingredients. So it's a cake that has nothing to fool.
The proposal was shared by the Recipes page of Portugal. Take a glass of about 200 ml and you're ready to start.
7 cup cake
Ingredients:
1 glass of eggs — approximately 4 eggs
1 and 1⁄2 cups of sugar
1⁄2 cup of oil
1 and 1⁄2 cup of milk
3 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon light baking powder
Rasp of 1 lemon or 1 orange
1 pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
1- Heat the oven at 180 °C. Grind a four-inch shape and sprinkle it with flour.
2- Beat the eggs with sugar for about 5 minutes until you get a light, bulky cream.
3- Add the oil, milk and lemon or orange scrape. Mix it up briefly.
4- Wipe the flour with yeast and salt. Gradually involve the dough without hitting too much.
5- Lay the dough in shape and put it in the oven for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
6- Take the toothpick test downtown. Remove, let rest 10 minutes and deform.
