Brent's oil price fell after Iran had ensured that if the United States accepted its conditions, it could start a plan to reopen the Ormuz strait in two days and begin deeper negotiations on the end of the war.

In addition, Axios reported that the President of the United States, Donald Trump, wants to give more time to diplomacy with Iran before considering resuming the attacks.
