Viver up to 100 years does not always mean living in health. But how can you live longer and better?
Self-titled as one of the biggest health events in Portugal, this year, the Cascais International Health Forum (CIHF), which will take place on 24 and 25 September, at the Estoril Congress Centre in Cascais, is dedicated to the theme of longevity – and anyone can attend the lectures.
Although the presence of the Minister of Health is yet to be confirmed, the CIHF will be delivered to the national and international experts who dominate themes, not only in the health sector, but everything that can influence it: From technology to environmental and financial issues.
“ In a context marked by demographic ageing, technological acceleration, climate change and increasing pressure on social and health systems, CIHF 2026 proposes a vision centered not only on living longer, but on living better”, they advance on the official website.
“Living More, Living Better” is the motto of this edition of 2026 and, as they describe, reflects the need to “rethink health, economic, urban, social protection and governance models in the light of new longevity.”.
Although you can participate in the event completely free of charge, to ensure your place in the lectures, it is necessary sign up on the official website in time.
