Venezuelan immigrant family with ICE bullet in the body requires operation

The family of Venezuelan immigrant Wilber Garcés Pérez, who has a bullet lodged in the back three days ago after being shot by the U.S. immigration police (ICE) in Austin (Texas), today demanded that the young man be operated urgently.
