Government strengthens position in REN with purchase of 5.3% to Fidelity

The government will strengthen the position of the State in REN by purchasing, through Parública, a 5,32% stake held by Fidelity, an operation that will increase public participation to around 19%.

O Government will strengthen the position of the State in REN with the purchase, through Parública, of a share of 5.32% held by Fidelity, which will increase public participation to around 19%.

 

The reinforcement, which is still subject to the visa of the Court of Auditors, happens after the State has acquired 13.7% of REN from Pontegadea Inversiones, investment company of Amancio Ortega, founder of Indix, owner of Zara.
