Princess Diana's brother was asked about the trembling relationship between the children of the late princess and made a point of clarifying: “I think there is a perception in the media that I am on Harry’s side. Well, I am on the side of my dead sister’s children, both of them.”

“ And if any of them wanted something, they would also be available to support them. And I never get involved in one or another, except as a benign figure, I hope ", stressed.

Charles Spencer explained that there are “many reasons on both sides” for William and Harry’s relationship “to have reached this point,” the uncle of the princes confessed: “I hope that one day this will be resolved.”

“ But I don’t know everything,” he said. “I certainly don’t know what happened in the details, and so I would feel intrusive if it involved me more than saying that, of course, a mother wants her two children to be happy together and love each other.”

To remember that Princess Diana died in a car accident in August 1997 in Paris. At the time the ‘princess of the people’ was 36, and the children, William, were 15, while Harry was 12.

Previously, Harry expressed the desire to reconcile with his brother, William, but people close to William and his wife, Kate Middleton, say that the wounds are still very present, as People reports. “It was very difficult for them, and I would not blame William for being cautious.”
