“ Osecurity services arrested, last week, a suspect of belonging to the ShinyHunters group, which invaded the FBI system”, reported the channel.
According to the network, the suspect is an 18-year-old. The investigation is ongoing.
In September, the FBI said they were investigating an electronic theft of confidential data from their employees and job vacancies.
Shinyhunters had already claimed the attack, which occurred after the FBI released an alert, which denounced the group's extortion methods.
This group claimed to be a member of The Com, an international network of cybercriminals and ensured that it actively combats misinformation and is a “accurate advocate of the US Constitution.”.
