O portuguese left defense Nuno Tavares scored today the inaugural goal of Lazio, who beat the Monza home by 3-1, on the sixth day of the Italian football championship, and remained ahead of Inter Milan.
At the Olympic Stadium in Rome, the international Portuguese opened the marker at three minutes, with a fort and placed shot out of the area, with no chance for Swedish Noel Tornqvist.
The formation of the house reached the second goal at 23 minutes, by the Danish Gustav Isaksen, and got the task theoretically facilitated from the 35, when Lorenzo Lucchesi saw the red straight and left the outsiders with 10 units.
Even with 10, the Monza, with the international sub-21 Gustavo Varela at first managed to ‘return’ to the game at 46 minutes, thanks to a try by Georgian Sab Goglichidze, served by the also international young Portuguese Dany Mota, entered the interval.
The outsiders, who add four points, still tried to achieve equality, but, over the end, at 87 minutes, the alternate Andrea Pinamonti sentenced, with the third goal of the locations.
In the other game already played this afternoon, Bologna won 2-1 in the Lecce stronghold, with attempts by Riccardo Orsolini (17) and the Dutch Jay Enem (75), against one of the Swedish Amar Fatah (64), who still restored equality.
Before, in the morning, Rome, with Rodrigo Mora in the bank full-time, tied to zero in the stronghold of Como, maintaining invincibility in the race, despite having played 10 since 53 minutes, for expulsion from Dutch Donyell Malen.
