“ You should start with the basics and maintain consistency. If you adopt some of these practices, you're doing exactly what you need to do and it costs nothing” began by telling Fox News. Know some of the rules and habits you consider essential for better longevity.

1- Protect your attention

2- Daydream

3- Exercise

“ Movement is life,” says Michael Hall.

4- Preserve force

“ Muscle strength helps sustain bones, posture and mobility, and may contribute to reduce frailty and the risk of falls in the elderly. You need to maintain that good posture and strength throughout your life.”

5- Feed on real food

“ Choose minimally processed foods, focusing on simple preparations, portion control and awareness of ingredients present in meals. Food is medicine, food is fuel, food is life”, says the specialist.

6- Bet on relationships

“ No one ages well alone. You can't live alone, the human being wasn't meant to live isolated in a box, alone. Having people around you who value you, who you identify with, who you can talk to and laugh with is very important.”

7- Stay curious

“Curiosity allows us to explore and always be aware that there is something else. You'll never know everything. Then you must always be looking for something.”
