Metro Mondego today announced the launch of a new metrobus schedule application, which allows passengers to plan their journeys “more rigorously and easily”, with the main novelty of consulting the possibilities of transshipment between lines.

“ Pfor each connection, the application indicates the correspondence available at transhipment stations. Thus, the passenger knows, in advance, what the next vehicle of the other line and can choose the trip that best fits your route ", he said.
According to Metro Mondego, this will allow shorter waiting times in stations and more fast-track travel.
“The application is intuitive and functional. It was developed to work in desktop, web and mobile environment, so it can be consulted with the same ease on the computer, tablet or mobile phone, at home, at work, on the way or at the metrobus station itself ", he stressed.
According to the company, the application will be available at https://planarviagem.metrondego.pt/ or through QR Code, in addition to the address being disclosed on the social networks of Metro Mondego and Metrobus stations.
The stations will also have a QR Code to access the application directly without the need to write the address.
“ With this initiative, Metro Mondego reinforces its commitment to a modern public transport service, accessible and focused on the needs of passengers in the Coimbra Region ", concluded.
