“He never pretended to be a good example.” Son of Jorge Palm breaks silence

Uthe children of Jorge Palma, Francisco, have already publicly manifested themselves after the death of his father. By sharing information about the musician's funeral on his Instagram page, Francisco Palma left a few words and also thanked the family for the affection they have received.

“If he could, he would bail! But he also never pretended to be a good example”, started by saying Francisco Palma to reveal that the father's wake is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, in the Voice of the Worker, in Lisbon, between 3:00 and 10:00 p.m.

On Thursday, day 24, the funeral procession leaves the Voice of the Workers at 3:00 p.m., towards the cemetery of the Upper São João, where the cremation will take place, “strictly reserved for family and close friends”.

“ We are all welcome as long as we walk without stones in our shoes”, added Francisco Palma. “Thank you for your support and for all the messages”, wrote, finally. Following his publication, the singer’s son joined the song “Only”.

Jorge Palma, remember, died on Monday night, September 21, at the age of 76, “victim of a cardiorespiratory arrest”. 

The news was announced by the family. In a publication on the artist’s pages, on social networks, Jorge Palma’s wife, Rita Tomé, the children, Vicente and Francisco Palma, and the agents of the musician, André Sebastião and Tiago Branco, “in this moment of incalculable pain”, asked the author of themes such as “Fragile”, “Bairro do Amor”, “Estarla do Mar”, “In the land of dreams” and “Let me laugh” to be remembered “for his songs and words”, thanking “every friendship demonstrated over the years”.
