A Netflix announced that it will advance with a new series created from “Manifest: The Mystery of Flight 828”. It will be called “Arrivals: A New Manifest Mystery” and will gather the creative team of the original series.
It must be remembered that “Manifest: The Flight Mystery 828” did not start on Netflix but on the American NBC in 2018. However, the series was canceled after three seasons and Netflix decided to acquire the series and give it another season to finish the story. The last 10 episodes were made available on Netflix in June 2023.
As for the new series, it is known that it will again present a mystery related to an airplane and its passengers.
“ When a mysterious plane crashes in Denver, passengers emerge without memory of who they are, where they came from or why they are there.”, can be read in the synopsis shared by variety magazine. This is where the mystery unfolds,
It is not yet known when “Arrivals: A New Manifest Mystery” will debut in the streaming service, but Netflix has confirmed that Jeff Rake, Laura Putney and Margaret Easley are back as showrunners.
