Meghan Markle's father arrested by the FBI in the United States

Hnew developments on the investigation of child sexual abuse and possession of child pornography involving Meghan Markle's father, Thomas Markle. 

This Friday, November 6, the home where Thomas Markle lives in the United States of America was the target of an FBI operation. 

According to The SunAbout half a dozen FBI agents broke into the Tampa residence in Florida to conduct searches and interrogate Meghan Markle's father. Thomas Markle was even arrested, according to the international press. 

There are also reports that Mexican authorities have conducted case-related searches. According to the Daily Mail, searches were conducted at Thomas Markle's old home in Rosarito Beach, Mexico, on October 31. However, it is reported that the Mexican authorities have not contacted the Filipino police – which is responsible for part of the investigation. 

Filipino police discovered images of child sexual abuse 

Earlier this week, on November 3, it was reported that the Philippine police discovered images of child sexual abuse among assets allegedly belonging to Thomas Markle. The interim director of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Major General Wilson C. Asueta, said at a press conference that “the investigation is moving in the right direction”, quotes the Page Six. 

According to the magazine People, searches at home of Meghan Markle's father in the Philippines took place on October 29 and among the belongings were found videos of sexual nature with children. 

Authorities are now trying to understand whether Thomas Markle is even the owners of the devices where the said images were found or appears in some of them. It should be noted that the Philippine authorities have not yet formally accused Meghan Markle's father, as the investigation is still ongoing. 

Thomas Markle Jr., half-brother of Meghan Markle, remember, was the one who found the illicit material at his father's home, Thomas Markle, in Cebu, Philippines. There were four large boxes with “hundreds, if not thousands” of child pornography images, as well as videos of girls aged not more than 10 or 11 years in sexual acts.

Thomas Markle Jr. will also have found on his father's phone a 15-minute video where allegedly naked girls appeared, and also speaks of three photographs of naked girls, and that one of the images appeared to have been captured at his father's old home in Rosarito, Mexico, according to The Sun.
