The number of passengers in transport increased in all modes of transport in the second quarter, in homologous terms, with the exception of the metropolitan, where it fell for the third consecutive quarter, today released the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

According to the statistics of the INE transport activity, from April to June, 73.0 million passengers traveled by metro, corresponding to an annual decrease of 1.0%, after a reduction of 2.2% in the previous quarter.
