Reactions don't stop. “Cancelada, but with training in day”, reacts Vanessa

Dbecause he joined a social network trend where he had to say if he “dismisses”, “promotes” or “teachs” employees with certain behaviors, the video of Vanessa Martins it became viral and the entrepreneur and influencer was much spoken for by their answers.

Among the examples that have most spoken is the moment when he says he “promotes” a person who is on vacation and continues to respond to everything, and even if he “trains” an employee who does not respond to messages after working hours.

However, Vanessa Martins has already made a video reacting to the many reviews she received right away. “It’s a video that is not [about] what I ask the employee, but what he delivers to me and what I appreciate. If an employee does not send me messages after working hours, I will train this person, for me it is important [to answer] if you ask a question that is urgent [...] I cannot wait until that person enters the next day”, Vanessa Martins can be heard justifying herself in a video that later published on his Instagram page.

However, Vanessa Martins is still widely spoken on social media and there are several known faces who used her pages to react to the controversy. Despite sharing in the stories of her page influencer reactions defend her in the face of all the agitation, what is certain is that there is a wave of criticism of the entrepreneur.

DJ Kiko is Hot took the theme to his Instagram page and manifested himself with a video where he resorts to irony. And its publication again led to a debate on the subject in the comment box, and with many criticisms of Vanessa Martins.

“The problem is that many employers think this way. That because we work for x company, we no longer have rights and life”, can be read among the various comments.

Diogo Faro also made a point of recording a video reacting to the controversy. “The country does not move forward because of people like you who are criticizing Vanessa,” she said at first, having reacted later (also ironically) to each response given by Vanessa Martins to the trend video.

Then Diogo Faro also highlighted the video where influence and entrepreneur tries to justify herself, and reacted once again. “[...] It is indifferent whether you are with your friends or resting, or with your family. It's lucky you can come home now and then. But why, Vanessa? Oh, yes, of course. I thought every building in the country would start falling apart if Pedro didn't do it at 4:00 in the morning when he was asleep, but after all, you're the one who makes less money. It is even more legitimate, of course ", commented the humorist.

“[...] You go in there and you have to forget that you had a life before. You go in there and you obey the queen, you shut up. Is that a startup where they're finding a cure for all diseases? Nope. They're selling gum and vitamins. And it's less important because of that? No,” he continued.

“[...] Did you hear, young people? Work while others sleep. The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary. Being poor is a matter of mindset. Vanessa's parents didn't give her true love but they gave her lessons from Linkdin, which is the best kind of love we can get from our parents. Those who are slaves by taste do not tire. I just hope that ACT does not go there and ruin the overrated gum business”, Diogo Faro can still be heard saying (always in an ironic tone).

The comment box of Diogo Faro’s publication ‘filled’ also with reactions. “I first needed to visit the laboratory where, I imagine, highly qualified scientists develop these gums. To better understand the business,” said Ana Markl.
