New details about Hayden Panettiere's death revealed

Hayden Panettiere will have been found “unconscious” inside a house in Greenville, South Carolina. Emergency services were called after reports of an “unconscious woman”, who was later identified as 36-year-old Hayden Panettiere, around 1:50 [local time], on Sunday, August 16. The information was confirmed by the Greenville Police Department to People magazine.

TMZ reports that authorities were alerted to a medical emergency through a 911 call [112 in Portugal] by a friend of the actress, citing police sources. The identity of the person who made the call has not yet been revealed.

TMZ also says that the rescuers tried to revive Hayden Panettiere using Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (SAVC). But the actress's death was eventually declared at 2:32. 

Police say there was no evidence of foul play and that the circumstances of his death did not seem suspicious. “The preliminary investigation did not indicate any signs of crime or suspicious circumstances,” said a spokesman for the Greenville Police Department through a statement from People magazine. However, an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of Hayden Panettiere's death.

TMZ also said that it had access to the audio of the call that was made to the emergency services, in which the paramedics were sent to the site to try to revive a person who may have overdosed. But the official cause of the artist's death will only be released after the autopsy results.

Hayden Panettiere leaves an 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, the result of her relationship with Wladimir Klitschko.
