Here's the recipe for American (creamy) potato and tuna rolls
Ingredients
1 can of tuna in water, drained and in flakes
1 bag of tater tots, gnocchis or potato dumplings (pre-cooked potato)
1 mug of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 grated mozzarella cheese mug
1/4 minced onion mug
1/4 minced pepper mug
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (or sweet pepper smoked)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Method of preparation
1 . Start by preheating the oven at 200°C.
2 . Prepare the baked potato dumplings, but not entirely. Or alternatively use gnocchis to stuff.
3 . Prepare the tuna mix. In a large bowl, mix the tuna in flakes, grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, pepper, olive oil, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully involved.
4 . To mount the roller platter, you'll need a large platter. These chefs even suggest a rectangular baking machine. On this platter, organize the halves of the potato dumplings to fit in. Then add the tuna mixture. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the potatoes. Add the cover layer of potato dumplings over the tuna mixture.
5 . Now you're gonna need to cover it evenly. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese grated evenly on the rolls.
6 . Take the tray to the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cheese starts melting and starts bubbling. Then you just pull out, let it cool down, and you can enjoy yourself! If there's any rolls left, with any luck, you'll still have a little to take in the next lunch.
