Recipe of the “TikTok Pasta Fry”

Ingredients

300 grams of any type of mass of your preference
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Spices to taste
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
Olive oil
Oil for frying

Method of preparation

1 . Start by preparing the dough to cook until you stay at the al dente point;

2 . Remove the mass from the water and drain well;

3 . Place the olive oil and then mix carefully;

4 . Add the salt, pepper and spices to taste;

5 . Add the grated cheese and mix again;

6 . Fry in hot oil and remove for a tray lined with kitchen paper;

7 . Drain the excess oil with the paper and then serve with a sauce of your preference.

If you prefer a healthier version you can replace the fryer with airfryer.
