O lose a truck this morning, caused one dead and three wounded in the Itinerary Complementary 5 (IC5), near Vila Flor, leading to the cut of the road, it went ahead, source of civil protection.
The sub-regional commander of the Lands of Trás-os-Montes of Civil Protection, Noel Afonso, revealed, the Lusa, that the heavy of goods will have gone into waste, in the IC5, near the exit of Lodões (Vila Flor), and fell over two light vehicles, which followed in the opposite direction, causing death to a young “20 and a few years”.
Death was reported at the scene. The accident also caused three injured, without gravity, who would have been transported to the hospital of Mirandela, district of Bragança.
At 8:30, Noel Afonso said that due to the accident, traffic was cut in both directions of the road and diverted by a national road.
On site were 23 operational, supported by six vehicles and the INEM helicopter, based in Macedo de Cavaleiros.
The accident happened at 7:40.
