O Government wants to increase funds for the area of education by 1.5% next year, according to the proposal for a State budget for 2027, which defines a consolidated expenditure of EUR 7787,9 million.
According to the proposal for a State Budget for 2027 delivered to Parliament today, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation will have a budget of 7787.9 million euros for education, which represents a 1.5% increase compared to last year.
The large budget cake is intended for staff expenditure, which increases by 4%, and EUR 6624.2 million is expected to be spent next year.
