Elections in Russia

O chief of Moscow Administration has indicated in his Max account, Russian messaging network, that the emergency services are working on the locations where the drone wrecks fell.

According to Telegram channels specialized in monitoring drones in Russian airspace, these types of devices have been sighted or shot down in the Domodedovo, Podolsk, Fominski, Kolomna and Serebriannie Prudi districts.

Sobianin said today that during the last week, 2022 drones were launched towards the Russian capital, most of which were intercepted on their way and 186 near the Russian capital.

Russian anti-aircraft defenses shot down 344 Ukrainian drones last night in the European part of Russia and Siberia.

Unmanned devices were slaughtered in 16 regions, 15 of which on the European continent, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence's war report.

The Russians and Ukrainians did not agree on a 72-hour truce at the first parliamentary elections since the beginning of the war, so in the annexed Ukrainian regions, like Donetsk, most voters voted in advance.

Russia is holding today the second of three days of the elections to the lower House of the State Duma, the first since the start of the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, in which about 111 million inhabitants of 89 regions are called to vote.

They can also vote for Russians living in 152 countries, where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has enabled 333 voting assemblies, many of them in diplomatic missions.
