Actor Rui de Sá has a heart attack and is hospitalized

O actor and folder Rui de Sá, 65 years old, suffered a myocardial infarction and is hospitalized. The artist shared a video on social networks where he appears in a bed at Garcia da Horta Hospital in Almada, and explains how it happened, leaving a positive message. 

Rui de Sá wanted to rest his friends who have been worried about his health and thus leave a message for everyone.

“It could be worse,” he starts by saying. Rui suffered a heart attack and went to the emergency room of the hospital and underwent a “catheterism”.

“ Yesterday I just had a catheterization [due to] obstruction of an artery, where it was placed [a stent]. Everything went well”, explained.

The recovery will still take a few days and the artist will remain “inpatient”. The quick trip to the hospital prevented it from being more serious, he added. 

With a positive spirit, Rui de Sá promises that soon “he will be back at the folds and the restaurant”, where he is a kitchen helper in the Cota Coelho space, located in Almada. 

Rui de Sá is a well-known figure of the Portuguese representation. He has already participated in projects such as the series “A Loja do Camilo”, SIC, “Nico d’Obra”, “Bora Lá Marina”, among many others. The artist is more dedicated to the world of bending today.
