O Japan’s Department of Fire and Disaster Management updated the balance for six deaths in Chiba, three in Kanagawa, and one in Miyazaki, as well as four missing — two in Chiba and two in Kanagawa.

At the height of the storm, authorities issued retreat orders to more than 1.9 million people in six provinces: Saitama, Ibaraki, Chiba, Tokyo, Shizuoka and Kanagawa.
On Monday, Dujuan also caused the cancellation of about 500 flights at Haneda and Narita airports in Tokyo, and forced the anticipation on a day of the closing of Tokyo Game Show, Asia's largest video game fair, held in Chiba.
