Banco de Portugal alerts to entity without credit

ANDm reported, the central bank warns that the entity, which has been acting through the social network Facebook, “is not entitled to carry out, in Portugal, any financial activity reserved for the institutions subject to supervision of Banco de Portugal, namely the granting of credit, credit intermediation and the provision of consultancy services in relation to credit agreements”.

The BdP recalled that the list of authorised entities can be found on the Banco de Portugal website.
