O footballer Bernardo Silva and Inês Degener Tomaz were parents for the second time last Friday, October 16. The revelation was made this Sunday through social networks, where both published a message to account for the arrival of Bernardo, the first child of the couple – who thus received the name of the father. Remember that the couple was already Carlota's father, three years old.

“And then there were four of us... and a love bigger than we ever imagined”, they started by writing in the post.

“ We have a full heart and we couldn't be happier! Welcome to our family, our precious Bernardo. You are very loved”, said Bernardo Silva and Inês Degener Tomaz.

The publication is accompanied by photographs of the family – now four – as well as images that show, for example, Carlota with her brother Bernardo in her lap.

It should be remembered that the birth of the second child also arrived at a time of changes in Bernardo Silva's career, since the Portuguese international average traded Manchester City this season for Real Madrid, also trained by the Portuguese José Mourinho.

Boto recalls Bernardo Silva no Benfica: “Many doubted being low”

José Boto, currently the Flemish sports director and former scout coordinator of the incarnated club, worked closely with Bernardo Silva when they were both in Benfica. Boto left praise to the Portuguese international.
