Best Prime Solutions without license to mediate credit

ANDm reported, the bank warns that the company Best Prime Solutions, Unipersonal, Lda., also acting under the name Creditor, through the page https://creditor.pt/, “is not entitled to carry out, in Portugal, any financial activity reserved for institutions subject to the supervision of Banco de Portugal, namely the intermediary of credit and the provision of consultancy services in relation to credit contracts”.

The BdP recalled that the list of authorised entities can be found on the Banco de Portugal website.
