Ingredients

6 eggs
1 decilitre of olive oil
3 tablespoons of honey
1 spoon of sweet grass
1 kilo of flour

Method of preparation

1 . Beat all the ingredients but flour.

2 . Then you can gradually add the flour until you form the
broas.

3 . Brush with egg yolk.

4 . Bring it to the oven at 180 degrees until it's firm and you can enjoy it!
