Mass salad with BBC Good Food peas
Ingredients:
300g of farfalle (mass of bows)
200 g of frozen peas
1 large tomato
10 tomatoes dried in oil
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
1 garlic tooth
1 large handful of fresh basil leaves
85g of ham or salami

2- While the dough is boiling, pinch the tomato roughly and put it in a food processor with half the dried tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and about eight basil leaves. Season with plenty of salt and pepper freshly ground and beat until homogeneous. Put it all in a big salad bowl.
3- Add the pasta and peas to the sauce, cut the rest of the dried tomatoes roughly and add to the dough as well as the remaining basil leaves. Tear up the ham or the salami and mix it up. Serve in bowls.
