Dog assaults gas distributor in Brazil: “I thought I was a thief”

Millon Souza, 61 years old, is a gas distributor in Minas Gerais, Brazil. In one of his working days, he was delivering gas tanks and collecting when he dropped a bag on the floor that was stolen by a four-legged thief. Afraid of the thief, the man abandoned the scene.

The unusual happened last Friday, September 18, and was captured by the video surveillance camera of a house.

Milton Souza revealed that he did not realize the arrival of the dog, since he was on his back. But how did the animal steal the bag?

The gas distributor was making deliveries and charges to several houses when he parked his motorcycle near a residence, removed the machine from the inside of the bag and looked for a shadow to see the viewfinder. When she landed the bag, she fell to the ground. However, Milton Souza did not catch her. He looked back and kept doing what he was doing.

Now, in this short time, while Milton Souza was working – turned his back on the motorcycle –, behold, a four-legged thief approached and sneaked in and stole his purse, which had several invoices and other equipment.

Milton Souza said he did not realize the arrival of the dog, but in the escape ended up not being discreet, leaving several invoices scattered across the road. The man still collected the papers, but he couldn't find the object.

“ I left because I thought I was a thief anyway. In the end, he only took the baginha ", told, quoted by the Brazilian website g1.

Even before leaving the place, the gas distributor warned the householder of the house, asking her to close the house and keep an eye out, since he believed there might be a criminal nearby.

Four hours later, the explanation came. The resident decided to go look at the surveillance footage and caught the thief, thus unraveling the mystery.

Milton, who has been a gas distributor for 20 years, stated that this episode has entered the collection of unusual stories that has lived over these two decades.
