Sand I leave home without breakfast, here's one of the big mistakes you make. It is one of the most important meals and it is convenient to have some essential nutrients. Lars Sondergaard is a cardiologist and has revealed the powerful combination rich in omega-3 that has to consume more times. It brings many benefits to your heart and blood flow.

“Realizing how breakfast can affect heart health is important. This allows you to actively choose foods that reduce risk factors such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and inflammation, instead of contributing to them”, says the cardiologist magazine Parade.

“ Regular consumption of breakfast is a powerful preventive measure, as it stabilizes metabolism, improves nutrient intake and controls the main risk factors for heart diseases ", continues.

Despite demonstrating the benefits of breakfast, the expert points out that there is a better combination that ultimately brings several benefits to his health: chia pudding with crispy nuts.

“Requires minimal effort and provides a powerful dose of omega-3 that helps heart rate and blood flow“, explains Lars Sondergaard. On the other hand, it points to more advantages of this combination.

“Reducing inflammation, lowering triglyceride levels and even slightly lowering blood pressure are some of the benefits. Besides, chia seeds are exceptionally rich in soluble and insoluble fibers, providing benefits similar to oats in terms of cholesterol reduction and stability of blood sugar”, says the cardiologist.

The breakfast mistake that may be overloading your heart

To Parade magazine, several experts warned of a mistake many people make for breakfast. It's something that turns out to be worse for people over 60. In fact, there is a very common set of foods that can overload the heart and impact heart health.

The mistake many make at breakfast

Thus, cardiologists explain that it should avoid the consumption of sausage and bacon in the morning. It is something that harms the health of the heart and may eventually have long and short-term consequences.

“ Regular consumption of sausage or bacon can increase blood pressure and cholesterol due to its high sodium and saturated fat content,” Lars Sondergaard said. This increase in blood pressure eventually overloads the heart and blood vessels.

Cholesterol levels can also be affected and end up with headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest pain. “Eating sausage or bacon every day at breakfast can increase inflammation in the body and also lead to weight gain, both are harmful to heart health,” explains Estelle Jean.

Prolonged consumption may also increase the risk of a heart attack. “If the consumption of processed meat is prolonged, it will result in a combination of sodium, preservatives and saturated fats. This can accelerate the accumulation of plaques in the arteries, which makes the blood vessels narrower and increases the likelihood of blockages and heart attack.”
